Position Overview:

This position is to provide thought leadership of a selling Team comprised of Territory Representatives and dealers and also included the Service team consist of Service engineers. This position is accountable for achieving the Regions sales and profitability goals. This role is responsible to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Skill Required

Proven leadership skills and Supervisory or management experience, preferably of a sales staff

Working knowledge of power industry. Preferred Ups, Generator, Battery, medical & industrial equipment industries

Record of achievement in a prior sales position and fundamental knowledge on service activities

Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking

Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with Management objectives

Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision

Set up and achieve the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas

Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth

Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to customers

Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability

Build strong dealer network for promoting our products

Provide leadership to the Sales Territory Representatives and dealers, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development

Maintains proper system for payment receivables
