1KW BLDC DRIVE

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

  • This reference design is for 1KW BLDC motor & based on 16 Bit Microcontroller.
  • Uses Predriver &, it is a half bridge driver operating on 12V supply.
  • It is a hall sensor based control with 120 degree trapezoidal control mechanism.
  • DC Bus voltage monitoring, DC Bus current & phase current monitoring implemented.
  • 100V, 250A Mosfets are used in power stage.
  • Provision Controls kept in Board.
  • This controller can drive motor of 12V, 24V, 36V & 48V with little modification in power stage.

Microcontroller   :    Low Power 16Bit MCU with Inbuilt BLDC motor driver features

MOSFET             :    100V, 250A, 1.9mOhm, -55° C to + 175° C.

Predriver            :    -0.3V to 16V, -40°C to +125°C

DC-DC               :    9V to 60V, up to 2A, -40° C to +85° C
